This webinar will explore the current state of taxonomy implementation, bringing together experts and practitioners to share experiences and insights. It will combine analytical evidence with practical perspectives to better understand how taxonomies are being applied in real-world contexts and what challenges stakeholders are facing.

Catherine Marchewitz is Managing Director at Governance & Values at Stewardship Professionals. She has many years of experience in governance and sustainable finance in academia (DIW Berlin, Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, TU Darmstadt) as well as in marketing, corporate communications and business development in the financial sector (including LRI Group, Aquila Capital, KBC Asset Management). Her research focuses on questions concerning the role of financial markets, the real economy, and regulation in the transformation to climate neutrality. This includes investor stewardship as a lever for mobilizing private capital, transition plans as a strategic management tool for companies, and taxonomies for sustainable finance and their contribution to financing the transition to climate neutrality. She is a member of cricTANK and on the jury for the Sustainable Finance Award.
